Whew okay now that I got all that out of the way let's go with things I like and don't like.

General things I like: Found family, strong friendships, soulmate AUs (platonic or romantic), family being good to each other, teamfic. Also any AUs that involve other things I requested. Stick Yuri Plisetsky in Tortall's universe, whatever, or make the Rogue One characters live in one of the Fire Emblem worlds, it's all good.
Things I do not like: Character death. Uhh. That's about it. I know, you're going "but Rogue One?" but I'll get to that in a minute.

Specific fandom things:

FE: Fates: Okay so if you can't tell from my requests, I love Leo and I love the Awakening trio. Give me the trio trying desperately to meet up without their lords getting suspicious, give me them reminiscing about home, give me Leo and Xander having Awkward Sibling Bonding Time, or Leo's retainers annoying him. If none of that suits, I also like some of the kids! I hc Forrest as a trans girl but if you'd like to keep him male, that's fine too. Awkward Parents Leo and Jakob are great, and them bonding with their kids would be awesome. Cousinly bonding between Forrest and Siegbert is also great. No preference on anyone's mother!
FE: Awakening: Again, I love the Awakening trio. Owain and Inigo adjusting once they're picked up by Chrom's army, or them going off together after the war. I'd prefer Inigo to not be Chrom's kid if there's romance between Owain and Inigo, but otherwise do whatever you'd like for parents. Feel free to use other characters if you want! I love everyone in Awakening. I just want the story to center around Owain and Inigo.
FE: Blazing Sword: Erk was my first favourite angry mage kid, and I found his backstory kind of fascinating. I'd love some backstory with him and Pent (and Louise too, if you want!) If you know Binding Blade, I'd find it interesting to see what he does when Pent & Louise start having kids, but I don't know Binding Blade at all so I don't need that to be a part of the story. Otherwise, just general interactions between Erk and his foster dad would be great =D Again, you're welcome to include other characters as necessary.
Yuri!!! on Ice: Going with the theme of angry kids, uhh... I really like Yuri Plisetsky. You can basically write anything you want with him and I'll probably be happy. Please don't refer to him as Yurio in the narration - if you want people to call him that in dialogue, that's fine! Weird pet peeve of mine, I know. I am cool with shipping him romantically with Otabek or JJ or both, as long as both is some form of poly and not cheating.
A few random ideas: Yuri training with Viktor & Yuuri after Yakov retires, Yuri meeting up with Otabek a couple days before a competition and just hanging out, JJ and Otabek training together or hanging out at Four Continents, Yuri's backstory with regards to his grandfather raising him and being Viktor's rinkmate. Whatever floats your boat!
Rogue One: Okay so like. I would really really like it if you could somehow... just avoid the character death part. Write me shenanigans pre-Scarif, or write an alternate ending where they escape alive, or handwave the escape and write post-Scarif stuff. Or AU it and avoid the death thing altogether! I love teamfic but Chirrut/Baze is basically canon and I also ship any combo of Jyn/Cassian/Bodhi, including as a poly triad. Platonic stuff is fine too.
Tortall: So I like Kel, obviously. I'd love to see her interacting with Alanna more now that neither have to worry about any possible corruption or magic assistance. Or if she ends up with Dom, how does that affect her relationship with Neal? More interactions with Raoul would also be nice, whether that's during her time as his squire or later, once she's in charge of New Hope, or whatever else you think would be cool to write about. Again, feel free to include other characters as needed/wanted!

Of course all of that is optional because your only requirements are to write me something in one of the fandoms I requested, using one of the relationships I requested, but if you wanted extra info, there it is! Hopefully it is useful.
